The restaurant experience was dismal, with an excruciatingly slow service that took three hours for lunch and beverages arriving after a 30-minute wait. The balcony lacked privacy, positioning the room near patio diners made it hard to relax without hearing their conversations.

Had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool, made for some great moments to unwind. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch every morning to kickstart the day.

We booked a river view room, and wow, the scenery was just breathtaking! Super modern room and comfy vibes. Staff was friendly and greeted us with warm cookies—yum! Only thing was, I expected more dining options to choose from. The bar area looked nice but didn't get to try it out. Still, that view made it all worth it!
